Instruct solicitors - Once you accept our offer on your property, you need to contact your solicitor straight away. We can also recommend a solicitor. Make sure you clarify with your solicitor that it is a quick sale with a cash house buyer with no Estate Agents involved.
Exchange of contracts and completion - Because we are a cash house buyer, we will usually exchange contracts within 14 days, provided all documents have been received. There need be little more than a few days between exchange of contracts and completion.
